Tick eggs are usually stored in protected exterior areas. Their recognition:
- Look: Eggs are miniature, approximately 1 mm large, with colour from red brown to translucent. They often appear in large clusters.
- Location: Females prefer quiet and hidden places to lay eggs such as high grass, under leaves or near garden waste.
