- Mix in the Thermomix bowl the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Program for 10 minutes / 90° / speed 4.
- Pour this mixture into a freezer-safe container, ensuring an even distribution over the surface. Cover and let it freeze for 24 hours.
- Afterward, take the ice cream mixture out of the freezer and divide it into parts to facilitate blending.
- Return to the Thermomix bowl, pour the ice cream mixture parts, and program for 40 seconds / speed 6. If necessary, repeat the process to achieve the perfect texture of McDonald’s McFlurry. Place the butterfly whisk in position and program again: 1 minute / speed 4.
- Remove half of the ice cream mixture from the Thermomix bowl and add the crushed Lotus Cookies. Program for 10 seconds / speed 4.
