This recipe has been sent by our friend Luz Maria Lagoa Vives. Hi guys, back to the charge. I will be uploading recipes gradually, little by little, according to the inspiration and motivation of the moment.
After a break of a few weeks, today I come with a new recipe.
You know that I am a fan of childhood buns, EGB cupcakes, of my generation and most certainly that of many of the compañer@s of this group.
One of them that I hadn’t done yet, are the ones in the red circle (Bimbo)
I have wanted to replicate them and I assure you that they are quite accomplished, As always, a pleasure to be able to share my works. I encourage you to make them ❤

Preparation of Red Circle Buns with thermomix
BISCUITS
- To start, we will make the buttermilk, to do this, we will add the lemon juice to the milk, stir and let it rest for 15 min (in that time, it will have a cut appearance, that’s what we want to achieve, don’t be scared, it’s not bad, hehehe), this will give our biscuits a greater fluffiness.
- Now we place the butterfly on blades and add the whites with the Pinch of salt, assemble
- 4 minutes / speed 3’5 We set aside and book
- We wash and dry the glass
- Add the dried ones (flour, baking soda, yeast and sugar), to the glass.we proceed to sift,
- 10 seconds / speed 6
- We add the butter to cubes by the vowel,
- while continuing at speed 3, for 1’30 seconds.
- Now, for the vocal, we are gradually incorporating the reserved buttermilk in speed 3.
- Followed the oil and essence,
- 10 seconds / speed 3
- finally the yolks,
- 10 seconds / speed 3
- Now we incorporate the assembled whites that we had previously reserved, little by little and with enveloping movements with the spatula.
- We pour this dough into a pastry bag so that it is more comfortable for us to fill the little holes in the mold.
- We greased the mold and filled.
- We give a few light taps against the table to remove possible air bubbles.
- Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down
- Bake for about 23/25 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
- Turn off, remove and let it temper inside the mold, then unmold and let it cool on a wire rack.
- ASSEMBLY
- we remove the possible cheepitas to the biscuits with the help of a knife.
- We make a few holes in the cupcakes, where our fillings will go.
- ALL THAT’S LEFT IS TO ENJOY, BON APPETIT
