Hazelnut Paste Ingredients with Thermomix
- 202 grams of pastry flour
- 140 grams of raw, skinned hazelnuts
- 1 beaten egg
- 152 grams of butter, at room temperature
- 102 grams of sugar
Preparation of hazelnut pastes with Thermomix
- Put on your apron and follow these steps:
- The first thing is to add the hazelnuts to the robot’s glass. Program to
- speed 6 / 2 seconds.
- Reserve two tablespoons of the hazelnuts. And then reschedule to
- speed 4/8 seconds.
- Now add the butter, flour and sugar. Start the Thermomix at
- speed 6 / 20 seconds.
- Wrap the resulting dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- After time, divide the dough into two halves and shape them into a cylinder, about 3 or 4 centimeters in diameter. Two cylinders that, now, you must put in the freezer with the plastic wrap for about 10 minutes.
- Once that time has elapsed, take out the cylinders, remove the paper and cut each one into about 13 or 14 pastes or circles.
- Put the circles or pasta on a baking tray, lined with baking paper, and paint them with the egg. Sprinkle the reserved hazelnuts on top.
- Put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at
- 180º / 15 minutes.
