Ingredients of Chocolate nougat cake with thermomix
- 210 gr chocolate nougat
- 5 eggs
- 230 gr sugar
- 2 plain unsweetened Greek yogurts
- 140 ml sunflower oil
- 310 gr flour
- 35 g pure cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 on chemical yeast (Royal type)
Preparation of chocolate nougat cake with thermomix
- We start by sifting the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, cocoa and salt),
- 20 seconds / speed 8
- Set aside and reserve
- Now we pulverize the nougat, place it in the glass in pieces,

- We grease the mold and pour the dough.
- We tap lightly against the table to remove any air bubbles.
- Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down. Bake for about 40/45 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
- We turn off and remove to cool on a rack.
- When 20 minutes have passed / we unmold and finish cooling on a rack.
