Preparation of Saloons filled with cinnamon chocolate with Thermomix
- Once you have all the ingredients in the kitchen, follow these instructions:
- The first thing will be to prepare the filling. To do this, the chocolate is placed in the robot’s glass and programmed to
- speed 8/10 seconds.
- Lower with a spatula, whatever has remained on the walls of the glass and then add the cream. Programme a
- speed 2 / 50º / 3 minutes.
- Reserve the contents of the glass by pouring it into a pastry bag.
- Now it’s time for the dough. To do this, pour the yeast and milk into the glass. Put the robot to work a
- speed 1 / 37º / 1 minute.
- Then add the salt and the flour. Programme a
- spike speed / 2 minutes.
- Make a ball with the dough and place it in a bowl. Cover it with a clean cloth and keep it like that for 40 minutes.
- After that time, take the dough out of the container and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches about 2 centimeters thick. Using a pastry cutter, cut discs no more than 7 centimeters in diameter. Put them all on a baking tray, well separated, and cover with the above cloth. Leave them like this for 40 minutes.
- Now what will remain is that you put the oil in a frying pan and heat it. When it is ready, fry the discs, the saloons in it, until they have browned on both sides.
- When you take them out of the pan and drain them, bathe them in cinnamon and sugar. And finally, fill them with the pastry bag.
