Old-fashioned Cheek ingredients with Thermomix
- 1 bay leaf
- 810 grams of cheeks cleaned and split in half
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 255 milliliters of meat broth
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 255 milliliters of water
- 1 leek, chopped
- 52 grams of olive oil
- 5 large garlic
- A pinch of thyme
Old-fashioned cheek preparation with Thermomix
- When you already have all these products in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add salt and pepper to the cheeks and then brown them in a pan. Book them.
- Add the carrot, onion and leek as well as the oil to the robot glass. Programme a
- speed 5/5 seconds.
- Then add the garlic and program a
- spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- Put the butterfly on the robot.
- Add the meat, water, broth, bay leaf and thyme to the glass. Programme a
