- 305 grams of raw shrimp, peeled and their shells on the other hand
- Oil for frying
- 305 grams of water
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 3 garlic
- 127 grams of white wine
- 105 grams of onion
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 22 grams of oil

- When you gather all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicate:
- The first thing will be to prepare the fumet. To do this, add the water and the shrimp shells to the robot glass. Program to

- Strain the fumet and reserve it.
- Wash the robot glass and then add the onion, oil and garlic. Program to
