- 3 clean fresh salmon loins
- 162 grams of champagne
- 205 grams of piquillo peppers in strips
- 2 onions
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 32 grams of olive oil
- 610 grams of potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
Preparation of Champagne Salmon with Thermomix
- When you gather all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicate:
- Pour the oil and onions into the robot glass. Program to
- speed 4/4 seconds.
- Then, sauté
- speed 1 / reverse rotation / 120º / 8 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the Varoma and it in the robot. To the glass, add about 65 grams of the champagne. Program to
