- For the dough:
- 2 large eggs
- 502 grams of flour
- 102 grams of water
- A teaspoon of salt
- 102 grams of sunflower oil
- For the filling:
- 405 grams of scallions, peeled and chopped
- 510 grams of minced meat
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 505 grams of boiling water
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 105 grams of chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 large garlic
- 1 tsp ground chilli or chilli pepper
- 32 grams of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 62 grams of lard
- For the assembly:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, cooked and chopped
- Pitted green olives
- Brown sugar
Preparation of Argentine meat empanadas
- When you have gathered all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
- The first thing will be to make the dough, so pour its ingredients into the robot’s glass and program a
- speed 6 / 30 seconds.
- Then, program a

- Remove the dough from the glass, make a ball out of it and wrap it in plastic wrap. Book it.
