To Report Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. A detailed description of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate the material on GoRead.Online.
4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

GoRead.Online’s Response to Copyright Infringement Claims:

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, GoRead.Online will take the following actions:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or access has been disabled.

Counter-Notice and Restoration of Material:

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was not infringing, or if you believe you have the right to post and use such material, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which GoRead.Online may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by our Designated Agent, GoRead.Online may, at its discretion, send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that GoRead.Online may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner seeks a court order to prevent further infringement of the material.
