- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of peppers
- 1 teaspoon dried oregana
- Salt and pepper according to taste
- 100 g freshly grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley for decoration (optional)
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and unload the baking sheet with baking paper.
- Wash potatoes and cut them into even fries. Be careful not to cut them too small to make them too soft while baking.
- In a large bowl mix potato fries with chopped garlic, olive oil, peppers and dried oregano until evenly covered.
- Spread the flavored potato fries in one layer on the ready plate. Salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until it is golden brown and crispy. Sometimes turn fries for even baking.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on hot potato fries to lightly dissolve.
- Serve on a plate decorated with freshly chopped parsley if you wish.
